Great QPR coming from this yummy Cab Franc from the Chinon appellation in Loire Valley, France.

Herbs and high-toned fruit. Nice, light bodied fare.

Do this wine some justice & enjoy it with food! On it's own: all stemmy underripe blackberry, almost rotting green bell pepper & potting soil. Paired with nori: fruit shines brighter, more ripe, & the wine turns satiny on the palate. A beautiful wine, in context.
