Very good non-champagne value bubbles from the Jura. Wonderful nose of lemon curd, green apple, buttercream frosting, yeast and ocean minerals on the palate. Fine bead. Very good. A little more acid and this would be great.

One of the best values of bubbles. An ever-evolving Chardonnay from Jura that fools people into thinking it's Champagne.

Medium-small bubbles. Clean yet creamy texture. Cheese rind, chalky minerality.

Fucking delicious.
