Very good non-champagne value bubbles from the Jura. Wonderful nose of lemon curd, green apple, buttercream frosting, yeast and ocean minerals on the palate. Fine bead. Very good. A little more acid and this would be great.

This was the opener on an evening of friends and the Academy Awards. Pears and marzipan on the nose. Pears on the palate. This was fun! My first sparkler from the Jura.

See this wine in a shop, buy a case. You'll be ever more happy because of it.

One of the best values of bubbles. An ever-evolving Chardonnay from Jura that fools people into thinking it's Champagne.

Medium-small bubbles. Clean yet creamy texture. Cheese rind, chalky minerality.

Fucking delicious.

Always so darn good. Tastes of spring with a Champagne-esque, bready finish.
