Cuvée La Gerbotte Nuits St. Georges Chardonnay

I geek on this because there’s not very many chardonnay vineyards in Nuits Saint Georges

Terrific. Light oak. Good fruit. Very intense.

Think there was a storage issue here. Overly honied and not quite right. Second bottle we opened was noticeably better than the first

Young vines on limestone results in floral nose and chalky refreshing young sipper

Rare bird.

Blanc. I found this a little strange, little-to-no new oak. Very clean a fruity, drinks more like Macon or very ripe Muscadet. Rainwater and river stones. I like it, but I'm not sure it's what I want in my Burgundy.

Oaky but with tannis and grape and apple notes. More masculine than the Bruno Clair and need time

Really nice and unique, needs time!

Consistently good, and always pairs well with moon manicures.
