Classic.

Perfect oyster wine. Lemon citrus with plenty of salinity.

Same as it ever was: salty, mineral, citric. More complete than some past vintages, with an almost exotic undertone that I can’t pin down. No wonder the natty set always claims this as one of their own.

Best bang for your buck. Perfectly paired with oysters and crisp seafood. Bright acidity with creamy balance. Light ABV which makes a great aperitif

Crisp, clean mineral driven from the Loire. Lemongrass, ripe green apple but balanced acidity.

Incredible to see what stories can still be told through trying times.

Round and pleasant, fun and fresh, nice lil bit of acidity on the finish to clean it all up
