White flower and damp mossy rocks. A little bit of the inside of a pool house. So long and endearing, it’s like hugging a long lost friend for the first time since quarantine (not that I’ve done that, please still social distance). Excited to see where my other bottles go

This wine paired well with a snapper ceviche followed by a vegetable tasting plate. Dry and crisp with good minerality.
