Six years of aging has done this wine good. It has shed whatever citrus fruit it started with and is now pure seashells. Couldn’t ask for much more.

I could buy all that was available of this wine and not have enough. 2014 of perhaps a touch rounder than some, but that's not a complaint. I have more, but there are not enough to last the arc of this wine's life. Best white value/age deal, hands down.

An absolute beauty. Marc Ollivier always makes a beautiful wine and Briords is always a cut above the rest, but the 2014 vintage brings a luxurious and sensual texture that compliments the minerality so well. If you see this wine, buy it. In fact, buy 2.

Bracing acidity. Stoney, salty minerality. Crunchy and long, this is Muscadet by the case for the cellar. 2 a year for the next 6 and you'll be drinking well.
