Near a Morgon

Digging into the Cru’s of Beaujolais as I get a little more serious about education. Starting with Brouilly. This one is organic with no fining or filtering. Deep cherry on the nose with a little acidic sizzle on the tongue.

Juicy, delicious, needs a little time to speak

Some serious business with a bit of funk and fizz. Pure fruit, semi carb, deep and dark, bramble, rasp, strawb, cinnamon. Hell yea.

This is the most serious Brouilly I've had to date. And the only Brouilly I'll buy more than once.
