Bright beige gold. Slight haze after aeration (unfiltered?). Abundant nose of kumquat rind and balsa wood. Echoed on the medium full palate which adds form acidity, underripe quince, and a bit of white pepper. Lingering finish continues the palate. Excellent upper-end Bordeaux Blanc for any and all special dinners. Rich seafood dishes (scallops, trout almandine) are its friend. Drink now through 2027.

Mid yellow/pale gold in colour. Yellow fruits, tropical - notes of pineapple. On the palate, same notes - medium plus intensity. Oak, which was obvious 8 years ago is now totally integrated. Finishes dry. An overused descriptor but this is delicious. Good white Bordeaux is a delight. 70% Sauvignon Blanc; 30% Semillon.

Initial aromas of passion fruit. 76% Sauvignon Blanc, 24% Semillon. Grassy and herbal notes. Quite delicate. A guava note on the palate. Only 35% new oak which is totally integrated. So refreshing and balanced. I have previous Delectable notes which were also praiseworthy.

Always a treat. Could use a few more years for the oak to integrate

Colour is mid lemon to pale gold. The blend is 76% Sauvignon Blanc and 24% Semillon. Fermentation in barrel, no malolactic. The Savvy Blanc makes its presence felt with aromas of tropical fruits. Barb said Guava and she knows guava from when she was a child. On nose and palate. Also honeysuckle. Still very fresh - the oak has melded perfectly with the fruit. Acid is medium minus; the texture is unctuous. Have the last one in the next year or so.
