Baby Puligny here. Hazelnuts, iodine and saline on the nose. Very mineral and precise. Rich and voluminous with amplitude, lushness and finesse. Really gorgeous wine. Good concentration and lovely lemony note on the finish. Really well made.

Apr 15th, 2026The 21 of this is just beyond, so far beyond every other vintage it’s not close. Soaring nose of green apple, baked apple pie, phyllo dough, pear, lime zest and sea air. Gorgeous. Terrific palate of lime rock intensity and so juicy but piercingly mineral and super focused. Amazing palate presence here. So long. A triumph.

Exactly what you want in a basic Bourgogne blanc. I made mad good swordfish and wanted something delicious but not intrusive to go with it.
Nose is a fruit bouquet.
Palate is an apple peach composite with finely dusted minerals. Some acid to punch it up.
An awesome wine with food. Not a geekfest.

Declassified Puligny-Montrachet fruit from vineyards just east of 'Derrière la Velle' & 'Les Reuchaux', this is the far east edge of the village.
The nose has lemon squeezed over flint & slate and light white flowers.
The palate has medium acid, under-ripe tropical fruits and light steely mineral notes.
Albeit coming from a strong vintage, this is a little closed up right now, perhaps a few more years rest is due.

Tasted generic. Also oxidized. Odd and a bummer because there was some decent citrus hiding in there. Maybe they had bad botrytis in the vineyards or something.
