Floral & mineral - flecked meursault with richness serving as backdrop rather than front and center. Hazelnut, sweet pear, medium body. A little shy. Pure pleasure.

Palate is rich and round as this vineyard tends to be with great purity and good, not great depth. Drinking great now. Let’s see what air does. This kept the same essentially. A great White Burg to open for family gatherings. Not too geeky but pleasurable.

Are 2017s in a good place for everyone? Easy drinking from the pop. Focused acidity with a good tension that keeps it from tasting flabby. Lemon curd, white flowers, some green apple. All come together in a balanced fashion.

A great class Meursault Village, with medium bodied and zesty palate, citrusy, white fruit and floral nose. Generous but not over juicy, perfectly ready to drink.
