Ehhhhhh - not sure it’s worth the Somm hype. Missing the vibrant fruit and tension in most minimal intervention Cru Beauj.

Sweet and tart black fruits, mineral, fine tannin ⚡️

Nice juicy Julienas. Just-ripe strawberries, middling mid-palate and slightly grippy finish.

Fantastic Beaujolais! Such a fun and easy drinking wine from one of my favorite regions. Crunchy red fruit, freshly grated red beets, so fresh and vibrant.

Overly tannic and lacking perfume.

Stemmy perfume. Starts red fruited and trends to dark cherry as it gets more air. Slight carbonic punch of fruitiness. High acid.
