Sharpness has toned down since previous years. A much more mellow flavour — 3 years ago
One of the best English sparkling ice ever tasted. With every penny. Light fruity, bubbly, delicious — 4 years ago
Balanced with slight fruit. Light red fruit. — 4 years ago
Waitrose. Delightful English white. Melon and peach, grassy and zesty freshness to it, slight acidity to cut through things but without lingering. — 6 years ago
Dry and crisp refreshing wte — 7 years ago
Color of purple with brown hue on the rim. Nose of nice dark fruits, like plum, blackberry, vanilla, a bit cocoa, a bit violet, and a bit strawberry. Taste of dark fruits note, strawberry, polished tannins, subtle sweetness, peppery, quite silky, a bit too much bitter on a sense, some grassy note, ripe cherry, a bit coke cola, raisin, and a bit mineral. Aftertaste is medium with some more peppery note and bittersweetness. Quality Cab. Just a bit too sweet for me. — 7 years ago

Really good. Wish I had more. — 4 years ago
Great complexity and quality for the price. — 4 years ago
Pale, medium effervescence. Less prominent Apple palate than I’d remembered but still there with coaxing. Balanced and drinkable. — 5 years ago
A favourite of mine. This English lager is smooth, with a subtle malt flavour that has the slightest hint of fruit. Brewed using Saaz and Cascade hops it is in its finally stages re-fremented with champagne yeast and Nelson Sauvin hops.
All-in-all a delightful lager. — 7 years ago
Enjoyable. Kind of a cross between California and French Chardonnay. — 3 years ago
Crunchy, mineral. Nice. — 4 years ago
This wine was an excellent Beaujolais. It was very rich and strongly flavored, tasting of cranberries and pomegranates. I believe it is underrated here, although I also recognize that Beaujolais is not to everyone’s taste. The wine was very smooth, and had an excellent fruit nose. A top Beaujolais. — 4 years ago
A gorgeously mild wine from the McLaren Vale region. — 5 years ago
OK, I’m in. This English sparkling wine thing is legit. Fresh, crisp and nicely balanced toasty biscuit character. — 7 years ago
