Made with Chardonnay and Chardonnay Muscaté grapes. Medium lemon with aromas of white stone fruits, citrus and honey floral scents. On the palate peach, pear and lemon, well balanced, crisp, lively acidity, medium length ending with mineral character. Very nice!

Stinky armpit thing. A bit bitter. Fruit stops midway through.

Nice value Chardonnay from the Maconnais. Aromas of lemon, grapefruit and honey. Flavors of green apple and lemon with a hint of minerality. Pale gold color. Nicely integrated acidity.

Maconnais - new AC - vire classe - small limestone outcrop - unusual for region - more mineral- less focus on fruit and oak. Minerality and Lime leaf. While cluster -

If every Chard could use oak this way the world would be a better place. Lemon, honey, light ginger notes, with refreshing acidity and slight tannin. The oak rounds out the wine, enriches its texture but doesn't overpower. Love it.

Found another 2012 bottle. This is a great wine. Pale yellow with white stone fruit aromas with citrus and floral. On the palate bold flavors of peach, pear and lemon, crisp with hints of sweetness. Lively acidity, notable mineral characteristics wrapped up on a medium + ending. Very nice!
