Lively bubbles on light mousse, medium bodied, strawberry, apple and peach on the palate, lemon citrus with vanilla notes on nice acidity, well balanced ending with toasty mineral notes. Nice value.

Unfortunately I cannot rate this Chandon Blanc de Noirs because it is corked, aromas of wet cardboard and a musty moldy note.

Jul 7th, 2019This bottle is 25+ years old and it’s stunningly fresh. Really surprised by this. Intense bubbles, sweetness is pronounced but offset by complex caramel and toffee notes. There’s a grassiness that’s isn’t offputting. Thought this would be trash but it’s... really good?
