So good. 2015 vintage. Creamy due to sur lie yet there is a perfect level of acidity. Lime, green pear. Great finish that lingers longer than a Pinot Blanc. Could drink this whole bottle with my chickpea tuna sandwich.

Fresh and crunchy , lots of green apple lemon zest and citrics. Long aromas in mouth due to the 9 months on lie. Great with seafood or seaweed salads, endamames etc.

I like the color and texture due to sur lie More buttery than expected. Crisp aroma. Nice tart fruit with balance. Good lingering finish. Apples, melons, mineral and bitter honey.

Pale yellow; juicy, full attack with mineral; dry and slightly saline mid palette. Short to med finish. Some bubbles in glass and bottle but no effervescence in the mouth. Fruity and flavorful, but I think I like my muscadet a bit more austere.
