Popped and poured; consumed over five hours. Initially served too cold, as time and temperature increased this became more expressive. On the nose, it’s pineapple, squishy tropical fruit, and fresh gasoline. On the palate it’s tropical fruit and minerals. Long-ish finish. I think this will benefit from time.

Complex nose: ripe lemon, pear, a little tropical fruit, sea shells, chicken broth. Lacks intensity in the mouth, but is still really nice. Good balance. Not an ager.
