Domaine Belluard
Les Perles du Mont Blanc Brut Ayze Gringet
Stunning, I hope someone continues to use this grape and make a sparkling. This is one of the top wines I had in 2022

Oct 4th, 2019Salty for days. Itβs an interesting style but not a keeper for me. At least we know how to pronounce Gringet now, thanks to @Jason Wilson Just finished your book and loved it ππ

From the French Alps a classic method, sparkling wine made with Gringet grapes. Tasted in February 2015.
I always like the mineral notes in this wine, as well as the freshness.
Citrus an floral too. Great for aperitivo, as it really stimulates your taste buds!
