Classic method sparkling vine from Savoie region, resting 36 months on the yeasts.
Pale golden color, with a hint of green, medium perlage.
Nose with scents of white pears, a little flowery, but mostly dry, crisp and just a hint of toasted fruits.
In the mouth it's very clean, a little citrous, but mostly mineral and sapid.
We had it with various fish appetizers and dry duck breast; it was really pleasant! — 10 years ago

Trento DOC 2008, 12.5%. Bottle tasted in March 2015. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero.
Pale and brilliant color, with small perlage.
Nice nose, with typical bread crust scent, not too strong yeast notes, rather elegant.
Very pleasant and easy to drink, lacking only a little persistence. — 10 years ago

Grapes are picked early to ensure a light cherry pink color.
Very easy to drink, a little too sweet for my taste, but pleasantly fruity: wild strawberries and raspberries.

Nice and easy to drink, perhaps it should have been served colder, because the alcohol was a little overwhelming for me.
Anyhow, the freshness and fruitiness were very much present. — 10 years ago

Entre-Deux-Mers 2013 AOC, 11.5%. Bottle tasted in March 2015.
Rich golden color.
Nose a little floral, but mostly it's an explosion of citrous... WOW!
In the mouth is rich, almost "fat", with great body and persistence, plus the right amount of sapidity.
I served it with salmon marinated with dill, followed by grilled large scallops with walnuts an small potatoes.... oh, what a nice homemade dinner! — 10 years ago
