What a sublime example of a white Burgundy. All the fantastic austere minerality, but with all the perfect balance with acidity, apple blossom and grapefruit. Truly impressive.

Subdued fruit, mineral nose; good intensity, but lean palate with fruit underneath. Glass two hours on much improved. Needs time. (Sommelier recommended this bottle.)
