2019 vintage. Biodynamically farmed. Mainly Gros Manseng, with one third Petit Manseng and just a tiny percentage of Petit Courbu. Initially a bit shy, but growing on me. Ripe mirabelle prunes, rosemary and flowers. In the mouth it combines concentrated yellow stone fruit with flinty acidity. Long mineral finish with a distinctive saltiness. Intriguing wine that may not be a crowdpleaser, but it has tons of personality.

Deep yellow in the glass with yellow orchard fruits, berries and exotic citrus on the nose. Green plum, apricot, gooseberry, husk cherry on the palate, just ripe fruits with a grapefruit pith finish. Textured but dry and sharp, lacks seduction. Story may change in a few years.

Bouquet of citrus, rocks and spring meadow. Palate opens with a spritz of mouth puckering lemon and adds apple cider, baking spice, marzipan, white flowers and fennel to the mix. Bangin’ but could use a few years for the raging untamed acidity to settle down. Note—this is actually mostly Gros and Petit Manseng in case you’re a stickler for indigenous Basque grapes

An epiphany in a glass. Rich, waxy and viscous palate, nutty with juiced limes and peach segments, an insane salty finish that goes on for 60+ seconds.

Sec, minéral, de la profondeur. Un 2012 qui a besoin de s'ouvrir, et qui finit par être franc et droit.

Stunning and very individual stuff bringing a waxy mid-palate complicated by high pitched, tart stone fruits and defined mineral accents, finish lengthy and fresh with freshly squeezed lemon juice flavors. Versatile and utterly complex yet likeable.

Brilliant yellow color with a slightly medicinal nose. The taste however is clear, crisp and filled with peach, elderberries and white chalk. It belies it's 14% alcohol and leaves pleasant and lingering aftertaste
