Nose green pea shoots, saline and seashells. Not much gras as this summer. Really clean and really Chablis. Palate is rich, focused and linear. Clean and well made and has a compactness that reminds of 2012. Terrific sap and length for the level.

Dec 4th, 2023Nose is complex, saline and mineral. Some lime. Gorgeously floral. White flowers. Lime blossom. Fantastic, rich and ripe but lovely mineral. Easy to drink. Sappy and love dry extract. Nice freshness and purity. Good length and lovely intensity. Finished salty and mineral.

Pretty classic profile with tart malic acid and green fruits in the nose. Not sharply acidic on the palate not incisively sharp nor mineral on the finish. Good but not great.

May 24th, 2020Classic Chablis nose. Minerals, flint, oyster shells, green apple, very fragrant and gorgeous. Palate is ripe and rich as the vintage trends but also lovely freshness, depth, purity and balance. Acid is medium plus and becomes more prominent as it airs. But finish is nicely mineral and persistent.

Palate has some richness, but also super iodine and saline plus awesome freshness, purity and balance. Lovely density with green apple fruit and great persistence. Delicious.
