This blend has gained in structure since we first got our shipment last fall. It still needs air, and was better the 2nd night with spicy Chongqing chicken. Plenty of orchard fruit and acidity, a summer wine fo' shizzle.

2014. Decant. Breath. Cool. Full and fruity. Lots happening. It's like Haiku in a bottle. I'd drink a gallon of this. Smooth. Great length. Acid just right. Delicious. @Hardy Wallace
