Brut Cramant Blanc de Blancs Champagne Blend
Crisp, zesty, powerful chalk underneath pomme and citrus flavors. Dialed in across the palate, focused.

Jan 3rd, 2022Nose has lemon slice, under-ripe yellow apple, moist chalk, wet salt and fresh brioche.
Palate has chalky, over-ripe yellow apple, sea spray, risen dough, solid acidity but not obtuse.
Pre-birthday dinner for our dear COVID bubble friend; we've only allowed one of our close friends into the house for almost the past year, tonight we're celebrating that he's one year older than me. 😉

Still young, big bubble. A BB that smells like a BB. It's good but I think too expensive for what you get. But maybe it is just really young.

Crisp yet ripe, green apple, a wet stone freshness and balances doseage. Unbelievable value for this quality.

Mar 29th, 2020Hmmm. Cork was pretty soaked and reeks of TCA. Nose of this is devoid of anything really (possibly caused by cork). Flavors are like a green candy apple and under ripe pear. Refreshing really. Think a super hot day and you just want lawn mower beer. This could be your lawn mower bubbly. Tirage 2017. Disgorged 6/13/2018. 4.5 g/L. SS

Sep 22nd, 2019A little disappointed. Acidity not there and not terribly complex.

Nov 4th, 2018This was bottle was less harsh, abrasive, than a previous bottle. However, the bead was not very refined. These wines are head scratchers more often than I recall from a decade ago. The creamy, rich, character of Cramant shines through, but bottle variation makes you question execution.
