Better then the 2017. Single vineyards are a must try. A cross between New Zealand SB’s & Happy Canyon SB’s

Like, motherflipping delicious. Had almost give up on Daub Blanc's lately, but this one got me back into them...if they taste somewhat like this.

Beautiful aroma as soon as you open up the bottle. Mix of medium yellow and gold, medium intensity and clear. Love the nose. Very clean with notes of lime, granny smith apples, and floral notes like honeysuckle and lemon verbena. Even a little lemon grass. Day two added some hay notes. Super refreshing palate with a slight creamy texture to it. Moderate acidity (6.5/10) and light plus bodied. Delicious fresh tropical and citrus notes on the palate too that lingers. Great long finish. Drink till 2019.

Unfiltered pale yellow. A touch floral on the nose with honeysuckle, daisies and a touch of citrus. Fresh and well balanced. Crisp acidity (6.5/10) and light plus to medium bodied. Palate has layered of stone fruits, especially peach. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2021.

They make two different bottling of the 'A Fragment' Sauvignon Blanc. One is filtered and the other is usually only distributed at the estate but is unfiltered. Only 231 cases produced.

A little complicated, certainly unique and a really sexy take on the varietal... If Zooey Deschanel was a wine.

Lovely citrus/savory/herbal balance with fresh acidity. Opened last night (nightcap), but even better with air tonight.

Beautiful Sauvignon Blanc with floral, fruit, minerality, and citrus aromatics. Perfect balance in the mouth.
