Blend of Grenache, Carignan, Syrah & Mourvedre, deep Ruby with aromas black fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of plum and blackberry with notes of cacao, spice and earthy notes. Medium+ finish, fine tannins, great mouthfeel (15.2 ABV), ending with fruit and earthy spice, nice!

Not typical of Grenache… monstrous and all over the place. Took three days to smooth out and become drinkable. Had it for Halloween so somewhat appropriate and trick’s on me.

This deep, dark Grenache blend shows a bit of savory funk on the nose, with black olives, meat and tobacco coming through. The palate has cherry and dark berry flavors, along with chalky, earthy notes. The mouthfeel is full andcrefreshing, with enough tannic structure to handle a steak, or any other meat dish. The finish lingers awhile, which is a pleasure.

Yikes. The opposite end of the grenache spectrum I care to visit. An abomination.

Gorgeous aromatic complexity but the mid-palate was hot w/ABV - finish was a bit rough. Thought this was overdone, over manipulated and clumsy. Smelled great tho

Beautiful deep, metallic ruby color with plum aroma. The first sip is startling in its unique flavor. Moving forward it becomes a mildly acidic and very spicy wine that’s really enjoyable. It’s dry, bold and lingering taste makes it memorable. (🎥 The Batman)

Wow, not necessarily a Dave Phinney devotee but someone recommended this and it was fantastic - bit on the overextracted side and def a bit hot ABV but the depth & complexity of flavors was impressive + bump for QPR… Bravo!
