A rainy day but this Chablis is super bright. Light gold color with decidedly greenish highlights. Mouthwatering nose of chalky soil and fresh squeezed lemon. So refreshing and piercing in the mouth. Great balance. Not super concentrated but just enough weight from start to finish. Nice, and a great value! I just love the 14s in Chablis.
