Crisp, dry, tart, little tiny bubbles. Acidic that cuts through crab legs dipped in lemon butter. This is 100% Pinot noir grapes and not the blend, which I’m sure is the reason it’s not as sweet. Perfect for a Valentine’s Day dinner.
