Crisp, dry, tart, little tiny bubbles. Acidic that cuts through crab legs dipped in lemon butter. This is 100% Pinot noir grapes and not the blend, which I’m sure is the reason it’s not as sweet. Perfect for a Valentine’s Day dinner. — 5 years ago
Full bodied, lots of oak, yet delicate fruit flavors. Not creamy like CA chards can be (I don’t like them to be thick). Delicious and complex. — 5 years ago
