Full bodied, lots of oak, yet delicate fruit flavors. Not creamy like CA chards can be (I don’t like them to be thick). Delicious and complex. — 6 years ago
Crisp, dry, tart, little tiny bubbles. Acidic that cuts through crab legs dipped in lemon butter. This is 100% Pinot noir grapes and not the blend, which I’m sure is the reason it’s not as sweet. Perfect for a Valentine’s Day dinner. — 6 years ago
Citrus and butterscotch nose. Medium bodied. Citrusy at first and with lingering flavors of butterscotch. Not heavy on the oak but plenty of other flavors to make it interesting. — 6 years ago
