This one is dry farmed.
On the nose; dark currants, savory meats, smoke, blackberries, black cherries, black raspberries, touch of band-aid, pyrazines notes, black licorice, saline, fresh red florals and beautiful violets.
The body is medium full. The palate has firm, ripe tannins. The fruits are candied in style. Blackberries, black cherries, black raspberries, blue fruit hues, dark chocolate, dark rich soil, dry stones, dry stems, red florals & violets, beautiful round acidity and a nicely balanced finish.
