Give this a few hours and boom...texture of a new world Pinot, but 12.5% abv...funk of the N Rhone and Loire, with a very mild plum and cherry new world note...very well done...and I don't normally like amphora wines....Coravin yesterday and then uncorked day 2 for 3 hours and was in the zone.
