Intense purple brown clouds fill the glass and block out any sunlight. It looks chewy, but there is no sediment.

Craisins and dried rose petals on the nose and they stick around after a few sips. Muddled and unrefined... it almost tastes too old. I’m guessing in addition to not being filtered there must be almost no sulfites. It bends into this weird funk, but after 24 hours of being open comes back again, though it’s just what it was at first.

It’s interesting, good for research, not very tasty to drink. One glass is enough.

Nice, but not what I have come to expect. Rose petals and minerals were veiled Behring too bright acid.

I've heard some Slovenians refer to Italian wine as 'sweet water.' In this case they are wrong despite the wine's name. Floral acidic reds are a good thing.

Not hard to guess after drinking this that the Rossi di Dolceacqua grapes are organically grown in the steep saline hills of Liguria. It s delicate & lady like with a simple complexity. The open nose reveals a high finish of Craisins™ backed up by rose hips & petals.

Blackberry jam, dried blueberry nose lots of clay mushroom earthiness. Opened up nicely after 1st glass towards fresher fruit and dried Italian herb notes. Slight dry finish.
