Vintage 2016 / nice red fruit in smell, some spicyness, roundness in taste. This Barbera does not have a lot of concentration but is very quaffable. Good wine from Piemonte, medium acidity.

nose; old dried leather, tar, sweat, bramble fruit. palate: ripe bramble fruits, dark ya inc dark chocolate covered black raspberries. complex, tasty right out of the bottle but let open, lots of layers for a Barbera. and a great value

Nicely balanced- some fruits with some tannin/acidity. Solid value for the price. Really great with pasta.

really opened up after airing. acid forward. plum. cherry. aromatics. thought it was too tight when first opened. give it time. from provincetown wine.

Lots of acid. Cranberry, unripe cherry, bell pepper, tobacco, some ballpoint pen. A little bitter? Was open for a while but maybe needed more air, mellowed out over dinner but still... From Provincetown liquor store.
