Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Drank like an aged Bordeaux. Beautiful mushroom, cherry, earth, chocolate and more. Ready to drink and smooth but really special.

Nice red fruits, but it had an overwhelming soy sauce aroma I couldn’t get past to fully enjoy this.

Dust and cedar on the nose with a nice mix of red and dark fruit. Fairly tannic. Adds cigar and a touch of savory spice/herb toward the end. Enjoyed it. One of those that keeps getting better over the evening.

Try remarkable for not only the vintage but for the age of the wine. Seemed encased in time, but I guess that's what happens when the wine hasn't left the winery in 24 years.
