Vintage 2010 / we drank a glass in the evening, and now for sunday’s lunch, so with hours aeration. Só much fruit in smell, a real good balance, elegance and refinement. / Paired with venison, small potatoes, chanterelles and snow peas

45+ minute decant. Red color with some brightness. Stewed fruit and rhubarb dominate the nose. Juicy wine on the palate but fairly reserved. Medium minus depth and finish. Needed something to pair with Italian Sausages and this was fine.

Blend of Tempranillo (85%), Graciano (10%) and Mazuelo (5%) that has hit its peak. Medium ruby color. Complex aromas of ripe red and black fruit, leather and a bevy of spices. Black cherry and tobacco flavors with nice notes of vanilla and black pepper. Just a hint of balsamic vinegar on the long and lingering finish. Velvety tannins. Medium-plus body and excellent balance. Outstanding quality for the price.
