15 vintage. Consistent with the 13. Notes of lychee and white fruits. Detailed, precise and focused. Finishes with zip and tension. Such a great SB.

Not even a fan of Napa SB, but dang...aromatic! Lemongrass and tangerine that carries through to the palate. Great wine.

It's a pale golden wine and it carries a lovely nose of fresh grassiness and sweet lemon. The palate shows very nice acidity and a mineral-laden flavor profile. The finish lays long and lovely. When is spring, because this wine is ready for it.

I am not a white wine drinker at all but had (Briar Club - Houston) Had this at a dinner for husbands Work and really enjoyed it. Much sweeter than the last SB I had but that’s what I liked about it. I’m not a sweet wine drinker but I would drink this one again

Tropical fruit, citrus in abundance and hints of melon and stone fruit. Balanced with nice acidity and a touch of minerality. I could drink buckets of this.

@CrockerStarr 2015 Sauvignon Blanc (SRP $34): This is a very enjoyable Sauvignon Blanc from last night’s #CrockerStarrLive tasting. This wine was barrel fermented in 68% stainless steel, 20% used French, and 12% concrete egg. It’s fruit-forward and juicy, with vibrant acids balanced against tropical, orchard and ripe citrus fruit flavors followed by notes of peach skin and lemon peel. The palate boasts a lovely texture and great balance. Winemaker Pam Starr says, “There is nothing better than Sauvignon Blanc and French fries.” Trust me; this pairing is at the very top of my list this weekend! Only 1,200 cases of this wine were produced. Region: St. Helena, Napa Valley, California. Other info: ABV 14.4%, 100% estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc, 100% whole-cluster pressed, aged sur lees post fermentation for 8-9 months, cork enclosure. To learn more, visit their website at crockerstarr.com.
