Five years isn't much in madeira, but this bual/tinta negra blend avails itself well. Caramel, mild acidity, crème brûlée nose.

Toasty fruits with slight caramel and chocolate notes- goes with everything but overwhelms a cloth bound cheddar

Sweet with good balance. Favorite of the tasting
