Found a 2011! A soft nose with fruit and toasty oak. On the palate ripe apple, buttery tones and smoky toasty oak came forth. A dry full-bodied wine with high acidity, medium finish ending with minerality and earthy characteristics. Ok but past it's prime.

Beautiful golden color. Good structure. Buttery vanilla, touch of honey, and apple. Long finish. I could see this pairing with baked sea bass.

It is a very very good Chardonnay from the new world. It's complex in nose and mouth. Notes of banana, wood an white flowers.
I drink on my 31 Anniversary meal.
