Commanderie de la Bargemone
Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé Grenache Blend
Really nice light orange coppery color. Tight and acidic, but well balanced. Screaming with minerality. Strawberry and strawberry stems. Orange zest, peels. You can cut the tangy tension in this with a knife.

Jun 24th, 2018Labor Day weekend on a friend's gorgeous roof deck, so a rosé is very appropriate. This is a bit of a go-to. Strawberries, dry, floral. Can't go wrong.

Sep 4th, 2017Rosé 2015 and a salad of leftovers before my last French class of the school year. C'est bon ça! Great extroverted strawberry fruit and a clean dry finish. Looking forward to Champagne after class with my classmates!

Chewy and tightly wound, offering juicy cherry and red currant flavors that slowly put on weight as the wine stretches out. Shows good tension and cut on the finish, which lingers with strong, minerally persistence. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, June 2017)

Jun 6th, 2017When did I become such a rosé fan?!? It may be the hot wine of the moment, but I happen to agree. The QPR is extraordinary, so it's a great time to start any night (or hot summer day)
