Perfect timing as this arrived in he middle of the red wines. Freshness, depth and body this has it all without trying too hard to deliver the goods. Excellent minerality, lemons and crushed rocks, fresh wild flowers, really nice stuff!

Around 25€. Not cheap but still better than Franciacorta from the same price range. Smooth, some bisquits and yeasts. Vibrant with refreshing acidity.

Not the most complex sparkler, but so delicious and palate clearing. Lemons and nuts and bubbles and acid. Yum!
