This is 70% Sauv Blanc but I found the 30% Semillon quite pronounced. Stone fruits, sea salt, parsley, and wax.

Imagine being a white Bordeaux wishing you’d been born in Burgundy. Sad. A huge dose of oak, little acidity. Starts with hints of nectarine but they’re drowned out by a bitter and vanilla finish.
