This is 70% Sauv Blanc but I found the 30% Semillon quite pronounced. Stone fruits, sea salt, parsley, and wax.

Imagine being a white Bordeaux wishing you’d been born in Burgundy. Sad. A huge dose of oak, little acidity. Starts with hints of nectarine but they’re drowned out by a bitter and vanilla finish.

Mature white Pessac Leognan. 70% sauvignon B, 30% Semillon, little acidity left but lots of character and a long finish. Almost jammy white fruits.
