With grapes from Carneros, pale lemon with aromas of stone, citrus fruits and spice. The palate had flavors of apple, pear, peach, lemon zest and melon, complex, mineral tones with soft creamy oak and sweet spice. The wine was fresh, a bit creamy, with vibrant crisp acidity, well balanced on a long finish. Nice Chard with some mid-term aging potential. Outstanding!

Singing right now. Asian pear with a hint of tropics. Gorgeous baked apple pie crust on the finish. Great oak integration and balance. Lots of life ahead too.

Thanks for bringing the 2015 CdV Chardonnay to the party. It's been fun rediscovering this Napa brand with JM Chappellet.

Baked apples, butterscotch, smoke, lemons. Not my style chard, but decent.

Had with a delicious fish dish at Pontus restaurant in Stockholm. The wine is golden in color; the nose is full of citrus and unripe tropical fruits, and has a medium-oaked profile; the taste, which paired well with the fish, was high in alcohol and medium in acids (as expected), but the oak flavors, tropical fruits, and nice long succulent finish left me content.

Apple pie, butterscotch, and a slice of melon. It's well balanced, and would score higher amongst oaky/buttery CA Chardonnay fans.
