Tropical and nutty!! Pretty delish. Very easy drinking. My dad enjoyed it and found it refreshing. For context, he’s a big Barolo fan so for him to like this was notable.

Nice and smashable. Bit of extra length and structure to make it better than average

Creamy yet tart. Citrus yet green apples. A complex wine here. Paired well with pulled pork sliders (yes, a complex wine pairing).

Sometimes a wine can offer thoughtful provocation and also the option to tune out - pending mood. This is the type of Blanc Vin Fe France I’d imagine the people of Touraine are proud to drink daily. Really beautiful aromas of smokey flint, seaweed, and lemon citrus grass with a sturdy backbone. It’s where the sea meets the river and if this was there was, it’d be enough.

Great with spicy food. Round and crisp. Rose, tangerine, good minerality. Almost effervescent.

Creamy. Shows both bookends of Sauvignon Blanc - grassy and citrus. White peach, green apple, and lemon. Weight and texture for substance.
