Someone please remind me to age approximately half of my Corsican rosé? After five years this little beauty was singing a wet stone and dried citrus peel medley interspersed with fever dreams of fresh berries. Drank it ice cold in the damp of our August heatwave, fantasizing about being in Corsica.

I was hoping for memories of Corsican maquis, but this was terrible!! Bitter, flavorless, alcoholic. Must have been an off-bottle, because other reviews are positive, but it didn’t taste corked (?). Too bad. Had to pour it out.
