Medium lemon color, fine mousse and bubble flow, with a nose of stone fruits, floral scents and toasty leesy notes. On the palate lemon citrus and apple flavors with honeysuckle, toasty notes and mineral tones. Well balanced with toasty character, great mouthfeel on long finish, ending with mineral and yeasty tang. Nice!

This was baller. It was savory with a fennel thing going on but at the same time, still so fresh. Great value too. We are gonna need more than a few cases of this.

Non-battonage bottling. Love Corbon and want to keep it a secret... But I also love to sell it. This is the non-battonage bottling and as you would expect, it's leaner, tighter than the battonage. I like the extra richness of the battonage (the non-hipster version?) but that's just personal preference. Both wines are delicious and ridiculous value.

Rich brioche and lemon custard notes. Soft texture and tiny bubbles. A treat.

1989 Corbon showing beautifully. Was wondering when it was disgorged but figure I'll just ask the wine maker tomorrow when I see her. #stillSofresh #Champagnecampaign
