Pro tip— drink great rose with age

Salty watermelon rind. Roses. Warm, savory orange. Enough acidity for grilled chicken. A lot of depth and character. Delicious.

Super interesting. Great texture, acidity off the charts and a whole lot of funk. Herbal. Just delicious.

Tangerine, apricot, red berries, nuttiness and brine--distinctive and lovely with poke bowl night

Sweet herbs and rhubarb. Good backbone

Delicious, but not nearly as complex as past vintages. The balance is there, as are the citrus, strawberry, herbes de Provence notes, and appealing acidity. Perhaps memory is fooling me, but I remember this being far more interesting...

Peach forward nose. Savory and long finish, very full in the mouth. Outstanding! (At Fiola mare)

Not your average rose. This one will blow your hair back. Super interesting, unique and crazy delicious.

Navel orange, cherry sherbet, mezcal, lime, cashews, rotten plums, perfect acidity, and slate. This is a damn complex rosé. Apparently this producer has some of the only remaining Tibouren vines in the appellation.

Spicy, orange, light. Not too fruity-sweet, not too dry. Especially good on these hot & humid days
