Bright without being too tart. Green apples and a steely clean finish. Vintages 2014/2015 disgorged 12/2/2019. TBL

Lean and very dry. Bright, high-toned citrus with faint brioche and nuttiness.

Further proof that Champagne is indeed a wine and should be treated as such. The complexity and nuance is off the charts just like a #Burgundy wine. 100% Pinoit Meunier. Great value at $40-50.
Spice, spice, spice, licorice, clay, and red citrus in the nose with a dense feel to the weight it will bring. The palate is full bodied but not weighty, it's almost like you can chew this it's so good!
