Titties and beer! This is super young but what a wine. Opulent and fleshy yet has the limestone backbone which keeps it lively. Needs time but a great reference point for what I think was the best st emilion in 2008

I detected something here I have been looking for in the more recent vintages of this amazing property: balance and acidity!
Classic, but still a baby so while it is very good, it should be excellent in another 5-7 years and go another 15-20.

Still very young, but in the adolescent stage and just starting to show some bottle bouquet. Always love Troplong.

Beautiful wine, structured and chewy. Plums, tobacco, vanilla, mocha and cedar.
Loved the wonderful acidity and grainy tannines.
Drink now (with a short decant) and in the next 10 years. 94-95/100

Great balanced wine. You can feel the merlot, fruits everywhere. There is no oak, meats or anything strong.
