It’s such an interesting wine to me because it shifts so dramatically w age & air: at five years it’s drinking quite nicely, with a much more vibrant fruit profile than I’ve had w other bottles & previous vintages. Tasted blind my buddy thought Languedoc & quite jammy. To my palate not jammy as fruits more small berry & not so open knit. For some reason I’ve never seemed to open these bottles at the right time, save for now, which makes me think 🤔 m a damn poor judge or these bottles are finicky, or both! Quite refined & elegant, fine black currants & blackberries.

It’s definitely broad as is typical of the ‘18s but enjoyable on its own terms. Cherries, plums, violet pastille, a little licorice and earth, crushable after a little aeration

Very complex, and changes constantly in the glass. Bright acidity, with low tannins and slight funk. Herbaceous and yummy.

14% alcohol cru Beaujolais. It’s very pretty and well made but like wtf is going on. It tastes like it could have come from Russian river valley. Not that there’s anything wrong with that necessarily and again it’s very tasty

Wow. Pure and exhilaratingly ripe. Translucent magenta in the glass. Perfumed and packed with purple raspberries. Finishing with a pleasant brambly zing. Only a slight hint of tannins, and while I think this could handle some time in bottle it’s just so pretty right now. One of the top three producers in Bojo imo.

It’s starts out quite fruity but unique and very enjoyable. As it continues to breath it gets more complex and bolder. It drinks several times it’s price. I think spectator gave it a 93 - I’ll go so far to give it a rare 94. Exceptional value at under $30 and everything a good wine should be.

Absolutely delicious tart to ripe red fruits , very floral, high acid and just juicy..slight whole cluster and semi carbonic to give a little more aromatic and funk...
