Pale lemon with simple aromas of stone and tropical fruits with floral notes, unoaked Chard. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with citrus notes. Short finish, high acidity ending with fruit character. Just Ok, simple.

Founded in 1973 in the Sonoma Valley. For those of you non-oak Fans here’s one for you. Fresh stone fruit aromas with citrus notes. On the palate pear and apple flavors with lemon notes. Medium length, bright acidity, ending with a mineral tang.

Unoaked Chardonnay. That’s why it’s ‘crisp’? Hello yellow color. Smells a bit like Chard. Butter and lemons. Flavors are simple. It’s pretty dry. Little bit of grassy note. Finish is the classic tarragon and lemon style in Chard. Not full bodied and buttery, but still a distinctly CA Chardonnay. It’s alright, but I want more white flowers, citrus peels and mowed lawn in my whites. This is a compromise Chard I will drink if we must have Chard.

Pale gold color. Aromas of Granny Smith apples, nectarines, passion fruit and lemon. Crisp, a bit tart and full of citrus.
I dig it.
