Beautiful Biodynamic estate with a hidden cellar straight out of a James Bond flick. From their selection of young vines. And ahhhhhhhhhbbb the stony floral Sauv Blanc gives the wine lift and air, the wings, while the secret engine of Semillon provides a deep counterbalance, a waxy rudder guiding the whole contraption smoothly thru the air. Day two: even more aerodynamically pure. Drink then.

Honestly SHL blanc second label is not that far off from the 1st label. Don't believe otherwise. This wine was super delish

If this isn't on your list of white wines to drink all the time then you've got problems. This is so food friendly and just gorgeous. Crisp acids. Full mouth feel. Citrus and orchard fruits.

Earth and white flowers. Minerality and vanilla cream. M+ intensity. M+ acid, m- body. Saline, lemon zest. Lean, crisp, and balanced.

A diesel second wine, this is the second half after a Coravin tap a few days ago and is much more accessible tonight. Broader, texturally more alive and awake. The finish is perfectly fresh with high driving acidity, fresh, pure lemons, sea salt, and a barely there hint of perfectly integrated oak. 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon from younger vines. If you drink now decant! Yes I said decant a white #wine!
